SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (especially during a sale), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. If it is not during a sale and you need your order in a rush, please contact us here and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Approximate Delivery Times

  • Vancouver & Lower Mainland: 2-5 business days
  • Rest of Canada: 5-10 business days
  • United States: 7-10 Business days
  • International: 10-15 Business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather and seasonal demands on courier services.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped that contains your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Carreiro Clean is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
